Our state-of-the-art Hot Yoga room is 1,500 square feet  with antimicrobial flooring that can accommodate 60 students. It is heated with infrared heat panels to maintain the optimal temperatures and humidity level.  We chose infrared heat panels because this heating method is safe. The heating panels heat objects - not the air - so it is easy to breathe in our studio. And, the Hot Yoga room is equipped with an automatic C02 sensored fresh air exchange for optimal air quality! We don't believe you need to suffer through a class because of poor air quality.

We are the only studio in the area with large locker rooms and showers for men and women. We know you have a busy life, so freshening up after class is a must-have amenity. Our locker rooms are furnished with ample showers, cubbies, kit lockers (bring your own lock), vanity areas, hair drying stations and toilets for your convenience.

We have a large reception area for hanging out before/after class.  The retail shop is stocked with yoga mats, towels, insulated water bottles and yoga apparel for men and women. We have both an on-site massage therapist (women only) & chiropractor to meet your self care needs.

And, we are accessible. We have ample free parking located close to the front entrance of the studio.
