Suited for all levels Hot 26 - 90 is the traditional, popular 90 minute class.
Hot 26 Yoga is 26 postures each performed 2 times and practiced in a room heated (approximately 105 degrees at 40% humidity). The heat loosens up your muscles for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. The humidity helps you to sweat which elevates your heart rate, boosts metabolism, promotes detoxification of your body.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensive | low Impact interval training. It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, burn fat and increase fitness levels. The class focuses on building a strong core, arms, legs and cardio in a warm room (approximately 95 degrees and 40% humidity). The high intensity focus keeps your heart rate up helping you burn fat and realizing all the benefits of a high caliber cardio workout. The Pilates postures create muscle mass resulting in a lean, sculpted body. The heat loosens up your muscles for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. The humidity helps you to sweat which elevates your heart rate, boosts metabolism, promotes detoxification of your body. Room will be heated to 95 degrees.
Good Soul Hot Power Vinyasa
Good Soul Hot Vinyasa is a 60 minute moving meditation that links breathe to movement, while building strength and stamina. The synchronized breathing helps to achieve conscious control of the body. This method of breathing relaxes the mind and body and releases any blockages of energy flow through the body. This class will vary with each instructor. All levels welcomed. More advanced practitioners are encouraged to find their edge and depth by moving on to more advanced postures. Room will be heated to 95 degrees.
Hot 26 Silent
The traditional Hot26 sequence is practiced without dialogue to ambient music & is quite serene & therapeutic. Experience in the sequence is suggested. Room is dimly lit, 105 degrees with 40% humidity.
Chakra Sound Bath
Cleanse your mind, body, and soul with a healing Chakra Sound Bath. This class contains seven guided sound bath meditations and gentle yoga poses that will immerse your space with the rich, resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls. Each chakra-themed meditation is tuned to a specific vibration to balance your energy centers and bring equilibrium to your whole being. You’ll awaken feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and at peace. Light optional stretching, mild warmth & pure relaxation. Guided light stretching will be an option in class or Savasana for the whole hour. Please show up to class at least 15 minutes early & plan on silence in the yoga studio.
Baptiste - Journey Into Power
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is a type of hot power yoga. It has a focus on asana (poses), meditation, and self-inquiry and is intended to be adaptable to any level of physical ability. Learn the pillars of this style of yoga, its history, and where you can practice it. 90 minutes. 95 degrees. No humidity.
Deep Stretch
Deep Stretch is a slow-paced style of therapeutic yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; Room is warm & not humidified.

A perfect start to the day. A marvelous 18 posture yoga sequence with variations built for all levels. Built to ground, strengthen and lengthen in a no-pressure environment. Postures will meet the needs of your entire body, mind and soul. Practiced to music in a dimly lit room heated to 100 degrees with humidity. No experience required.
